and Conditions
• Interline Services Limited request a minimum of 24 hours notice for
any online bookings for Minicab, Taxi, Chauffeur,
Courier Delivery or Collection Services.
• If you would like to book a Minicab, Taxi,
Chauffeur, Courier Delivery or Collection Service
with less than 24 hours notice - Please call our
booking line on the above numbers
• Whilst we do our utmost to ensure our drivers are
punctual, you will understand that we cannot accept
responsibility for delays caused by circumstances
beyond our control.
• The driver will drive at safe and sensible speeds
in accordance with road conditions, traffic and the
legal speed limits.
• Clients are responsible for any damage they cause
to the interior and or exterior of a Minicab, Taxi,
Chauffeur, Courier vehicle on hire
to them and will be billed accordingly for any
repair or valeting required in order to reinstate a
vehicle to working order.
• We may provide subcontracted Minicab, Taxi,
Chauffeur, Courier vehicles
occasionally.
• By supplying your email address you permit
Interline Services Limited to contact you via email, in return we
promise never to supply your email to any third
party.
• If there are any changes or variations including
extra mileage extra waiting time or deviations to
the journey other than what was agreed at the time
of booking, the client will be charged extras in
accordance with our pricing structure.
• We reserve the right to change your Minicab, Taxi,
Chauffeur, Courier vehicle or
chauffeur driver at any time if necessary.
• Every effort will be made by Interline Services
limited to ensure
that our vehicle(s) or Sub-Contractors vehicle(s)
arrive on time.
• Our Chauffeur driven car hire driver or Minicab /
Taxi driver will travel by the most
appropriate route on the day, unless instructed
otherwise by the Customer at the time of booking.
• Interline's vehicle(s) and sub-contracted vehicles
are fully insured for passenger and third party
claims. However, customer's properties are carried
entirely at their own risk and Interline shall not
be held responsible/liable for any loss/damage to
such property.
• Interline, in accordance with Public Carriage
Office guidelines, will keep a lost property book at
their office, and will endeavour to return any lost
goods left in our vehicle(s) or subcontracted
vehicle(s) to the customer.
• Interline and its chauffeur driven car hire and
Minicab / Taxi service have the right to
refuse to carry any passenger who is thought to be
under the influence of alcohol or drugs and whose
behaviour poses a threat either to the Chauffeur
driven car hire driver and or the Minicab driver /
Taxi driver,
the vehicle or any other passenger(s).
• Interline maintains a strict non-smoking policy in
all its vehicles.
• Nothing contained in these terms and conditions
can affect
the Client's' statutory rights.
Credit
and Debit card /Pay Pal payments terms and conditions

Credit
and Debit
card payments are subject
to an administration fee
including VAT @ 17.5%.

The charge on your credit
or debit
card statement will be
shown as Interline Services Ltd

3.
In the event of a minicab
or courier booking being cancelled a
cancellation fee will be incurred in
addition to the administration fee

4.
In the event of a booking
being cancelled up to 24 hours before the
agreed time 40% of the booking fee will be
non-refundable. within 12 hours 90% of the
booking fee will be non-refundable.

5.
Any changes or variations
made to the original booking including
extra mileage or extra waiting time or
deviations in the journey will incur an
extra charge in accordance with our
pricing structure. Interline Services Ltd
reserves the right to automatically charge
the additional costs to the credit
or debit
card details given to secure the original
booking, once the journey has been
completed, without any further
notification. Alternatively we may ask any
additional charges can be paid in cash to
the driver.

In accordance with all
current data protection law Interline
Services Ltd will undertake not to share
any client information with a third party.

7.
Once a booking has been
processed all credit/debit card details
will be deleted from our records or
subject to paypals t&cs.
